Unfortunately the manager, who was in charge of the music selection, was a completely useless DJ, and we had to keep nagging him to play decent tunes. This is a semi-sozzled Pete looking sad after being made to listen to awful boy band music. The theory was that the barmaid would see him looking miserable, feel sorry for him, and make the manager play something else. It didn't work, but it was worth a try!
